Hubei Huangmei Joins Hands with Wuhan Textile University to Build Huanggang's First Textile Industry Technology Research Institute

On August 29, Huangmei County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province officially signed a contract with Wuhan Textile University to jointly build the East Hubei Textile New Material Technology Research Institute. Xu Weilin, academician of the CAE Member, president of Wuhan Textile University, and Liu Yuxiao, secretary of the Huangmei County Party Committee, witnessed the signing. It is reported that the East Hubei Textile New Materials Technology Research Institute is the first textile industry technology research institute in Huanggang City. It will be based on the foundation of Huangmei textile and clothing industry, relying on the scientific and technological achievements and talent advantages of universities, to achieve the docking and transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements within advantageous enterprises, and promote the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of Huangmei textile and clothing industry.
